These terms govern the services offered by SITE MAGIQUE, a website, application and software development company founded by MOUHAMMOU ABDELGHANI and based in Algiers, Algeria.

We design custom websites, applications, software, platforms and digital solutions. Scope, deadlines, features and price are defined in the quotation accepted by the client.

Pricing and extras

Displayed prices are starting prices. Every additional feature, integration or request may carry an extra charge communicated before development.

Approval and payment

Main project payment is made after development and client approval, according to the agreed terms. We accept different payment methods suitable for the client’s country.

Hosting, support and guarantee

Free lifetime hosting, 24/7 support and the lifetime guarantee apply within the agreed project scope. New development, paid third-party services, domain names and extras remain chargeable when they are not included in the quotation.

Responsibilities

The client confirms that they hold the necessary rights to all supplied text, images, trademarks and other content. SITE MAGIQUE undertakes to perform services carefully and protect entrusted access credentials.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute.
